Must possess strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills in addition to knowledge of multiple data entry systems.
Manage all member services and overall customer service for The Commons 55+ Active Adult Community. Qualified candidate will be a highly organized, analytical, able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, able to participate and contribute in all marketing efforts and concierge service, and maintain a positive relationship between the Commons members, management, and staff.

Must be a self-starter, neat, organized, and have good problem solving skills with above average deductive reasoing. 5+ years experince in contracting, HVAC, plumbing and /or electrical system maintenance required.
