Cliff White was raised working many weekends and summers with his grandfather performing general maintenance and repairs for the family business. Now the President of Cottage Senior Living, he strives to develop “next generation” ideas for senior living. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from American University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Cliff is a member of the Urban Land Institute Senior Housing Council and the American Seniors Housing Association.

An avid skier and road racer, Cliff won the Colorado Region Championship of the Sports Car Club of America in both 2009 and 2011 and won the National Championship in 2012 and 2014.

As a child, Dawn began working in her parent's retirement communities by answering phones, working in the office, and spending time with the residents. In college, she served as an intern for the Assisted Living Federation of America, affirming her passion of serving seniors. Dawn also gained invaluable hands-on experience working as Director of Community Relations with Sunrise Senior Living.

She has volunteered her time to support the Alzheimer’s Association, Habitat for Humanity, the AVON Breast Cancer Three Day Walk, and as a former board member and officer of Assisted Living Association of Alabama.

She and her husband, David, have a son, Andrew. They enjoy family time, skiing, swimming and travel.
